  • Provide valid delivery addresses for order fulfillment
  • Failure to maintain accurate information may result in service disruption

2.4 Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time through account settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Termination may occur without notice for serious violations
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
  • Certain obligations and liabilities survive account termination

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by sellers and Buff.pk
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation
  • Provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays
  • Review your order carefully before completing checkout

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We strive for accuracy but errors may occur
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders
  • Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period
  • Additional charges (shipping, taxes) are displayed at checkout

3.3 Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before order processing
  • We accept various payment methods (credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, COD)
  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider
  • Failed payments may result in order cancellation
  • For COD orders, payment must be made upon delivery

3.4 Order Confirmation

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance by the seller
  • Sellers have the right to accept or reject orders
  • You will be notified if your order is cancelled by the seller
  • Full refund will be issued for seller-cancelled orders

4. Delivery and Returns

4.1 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Provide accurate and complete delivery addresses
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value orders
  • Refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery information

4.2 Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return window
  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging
  • Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and process
  • Refunds are processed after item verification
  • Some items are non-returnable (see Refund Policy)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

4.3 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage immediately
  • We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 24 hours
  • Signature may be required for high-value deliveries

5. Prohibited Activities

When using Buff.pk, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Illegal Activities

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Purchasing or selling prohibited or restricted items
  • Money laundering or financing illegal activities
  • Impersonating others or providing false information

5.2 Platform Misuse

  • Interfering with or disrupting platform operation
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling platform software
  • Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

5.3 Abusive Behavior

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Manipulating reviews or ratings
  • Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or loopholes

5.4 Consequences

  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination
  • We may report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • You may be held liable for damages caused by violations
  • We reserve the right to take legal action for serious violations
  • No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

  • All content on Buff.pk is protected by intellectual property laws
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Buff.pk or licensors
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
  • Product images and descriptions are owned by respective sellers or brands
  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action

6.2 User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.)
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it
  • You represent that you have the right to submit the content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies

6.3 Copyright Infringement

  • We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same
  • Report copyright infringement to contact@buff.pk
  • Provide detailed information about the alleged infringement
  • We will investigate and take appropriate action
  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or products
  • Product quality and accuracy are the responsibility of sellers
  • We make no warranties regarding product fitness or merchantability

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from platform use or inability to use
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or seller conduct
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

7.3 Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify Buff.pk against claims arising from your use of the platform
  • You are responsible for your violations of these terms
  • You will defend us against third-party claims related to your conduct
  • This includes legal fees and costs incurred in defending such claims
  • Your indemnification obligations survive account termination
