At Buff.pk, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations.

1. Customer Cancellation Rights
You may request to cancel your order via the Buff.pk platform or by contacting customer support, subject to the following conditions:
1.1 Cancellation Window
- Before Dispatch: Orders can generally be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched by the seller.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is marked as 'Shipped' or 'Dispatched', it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be able to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving it.
- Instant Cancellation: For physical goods, a 'Cancel Order' button is typically available in your order history for the first 30 minutes after placing the order.
2. How to Request Cancellation
2.1 Via Platform
- Go to 'My Orders' in your account dashboard.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on the 'Cancel Order' button (if available) and select a reason for cancellation.
- Receive confirmation of your cancellation request via email.
2.2 Via Support
- If the cancellation button is not available, you may contact our Customer Support team immediately.
- Provide your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- Support requests are processed during business hours, so immediate cancellation is not guaranteed if the order is near dispatch.
3. Refunds on Cancellation
3.1 Processing Timeline
- Approved cancellations will trigger a refund process immediately.
- For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
3.2 Refund Method
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card used for purchase.
- Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa): Refunded to the respective wallet.
- Buff Wallet: If applicable, instant refunds may be credited to your internal wallet for future purchases.
4. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
In rare circumstances, a seller or Buff.pk may need to cancel an order. Reasons include but are not limited to:
- Out of Stock: The item is no longer available in the seller's inventory.
- Pricing Error: Significant error in the listed price of the product.
- Undeliverable Address: The shipping address provided is outside the service area or incomplete.
- Suspicious Activity: The order is flagged by our fraud detection systems.
In such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed immediately.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed or processing has begun:
- Customized or personalized products made specifically for you.
- Digital goods/codes that are delivered instantly.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) once the preparation has started.
- Hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken or packaging opened.
