This General Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
A marketplace platform operated by a dedicated management team.

The individual or entity registering to sell products and/or services through the Buff.pk platform.
Collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party".

1. Purpose
This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Sellers may offer and sell products and services through the Buff.pk marketplace platform. This Agreement applies universally to all Sellers regardless of product categories, brands, or origin, ensuring consistent platform operations and buyer protection.
2. Seller Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Maintain valid business registration as required by law
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction
2.2 Registration Process
- Complete the online registration application accurately
- Provide valid contact information and business documentation
- Undergo verification procedures as required by Buff.pk
- Agree to all platform policies and procedures
2.3 Account Security
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities occurring under their account
- Immediately notifying Buff.pk of any unauthorized account access
- Ensuring all account information remains current and accurate
3. Products & Services
3.1 Product Listings
- Accurately describe the products offered
- Include clear, truthful product descriptions and specifications
- Display genuine product images
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Prohibited Items
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Items banned under import/export policies
- Products declared prohibited by competent authorities
- Items that infringe upon intellectual property rights
3.3 Service Standards
- Be performed professionally and ethically
- Meet promised specifications and timelines
- Comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain transparency in service delivery
4. Responsibilities of the Seller
4.1 Operational Obligations
- Fulfill orders promptly and efficiently
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Process returns and refunds per platform policies
4.2 Quality Assurance
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Provide genuine, authentic merchandise
- Maintain product warranties where applicable
- Address quality complaints promptly
4.3 Legal Compliance
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain necessary licenses and permits
- Pay all applicable taxes and duties
- Adhere to consumer protection laws
4.4 Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries within reasonable timeframes
- Resolve disputes professionally and amicably
- Maintain courteous communication with buyers
- Follow platform dispute resolution procedures
5. Payment & Settlement
5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments shall be processed through approved payment gateways. Sellers authorize Buff.pk to collect payments on their behalf.
5.2 Commission Structure
- Buff.pk retains agreed commission percentages on completed sales. Commission rates shall be communicated to Sellers and deducted before settlement.
5.3 Settlement Terms
- Payments shall be settled to Sellers according to agreed schedules. Settlement may be withheld for disputes, returns, or investigations. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate banking information.
5.4 Financial Records
- Sellers must maintain accurate financial records. Buff.pk reserves the right to audit transaction records. Discrepancies shall be resolved through mutual investigation.
6. Platform Compliance & Policies
6.1 Policy Adherence
- All Buff.pk platform policies and guidelines
- Updates and modifications to policies
- Reasonable directives from platform management
- Industry best practices for e-commerce
6.2 Performance Standards
- Acceptable order fulfillment rates
- Low cancellation and return rates
- Positive customer feedback ratings
- Professional business conduct
6.3 Monitoring and Enforcement
- Monitor Seller performance and compliance
- Implement corrective measures for non-compliance
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Impose penalties for policy breaches
7. Liability & Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability
- Buff.pk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Platform liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Sellers assume responsibility for their products and services.
7.2 Indemnification
- Claims arising from Seller's products or services
- Violations of applicable laws or regulations
- Breaches of this Agreement
- Intellectual property disputes
7.3 Consumer Protection
- In accordance with applicable e-commerce policy, Buff.pk shall:
- Enter enforceable contracts with all Sellers
- Indemnify consumers for losses due to Seller non-compliance
- Maintain Seller warranties regarding product genuineness
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Either Party
- By either party with written notice
- Immediately for material breach
- Upon violation of applicable laws
- For persistent performance issues
8.2 Effect of Termination
- Sellers must fulfill pending orders
- All amounts due shall be settled
- Sellers must remove listings from the platform
- Certain obligations survive termination
8.3 Suspension
- Investigation of policy violations
- Customer protection measures
- Compliance with legal requirements
- Platform security concerns
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, which gives legal recognition to digital contracts and electronic signatures in Pakistan.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT ELECTRONICALLY OR BY USING THE BUFF.PK PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
